Standard Terms & Conditions
These are the standard terms and conditions that apply to all contracts for Live chat support rendered by Cuilassist to its clients. By entering into an agreement with Cuilassist, Client gives us authorization to render live chat services on Client's intended domain(s), mentioned in service agreement, as a 3rd party live chat support provider.
You understand and agree that there are two costs associated before using Cuilassist live chat sales and support services
- Client understands and agrees that Cuilassist reserves the right to access client’s Cuilassist account(s) for technical and administrative purposes or for security reasons. The acquired information in such a manner shall not be processed, made available or disclosed to any third parties unless required by provisions of law.
- Clients agree to abide by Cuilassist confidentiality policy i.e. unauthorized lending, sales, further reselling or licenses and sublicenses for our services getting into official affiliation contracts or written consent of Cuilassist. Client understands that such acts are considered as illegal and strictly prohibited and do not come under proper use of services.
- Client understands and agrees that Cuilassist reserves the right to close client’s account due to gross infringement of the provisions of these terms and conditions without any prior notice.
- Client agrees not to impersonate any person or entity, including, but not limited to, the Cuilassist or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity and understands that such acts are considered as illegal and strictly prohibited and comes under cyber crime.
Client understands and agrees that there are two costs associated before using Cuilassist live chat sales and support services;
- One time set-up fee
- Ongoing monthly live chat service fee as per client plan
If Client has any ambiguity, Client can review our packages.
Client agrees to pay Cuilassist for any requested expenses which do not form part of our contract and are required to pay for extra for any add-on feature(s) or service immediately upon request of their order.
In order to get a paid subscription of our service, the client must provide valid credit card details, number of chat agents required, subscription period and other required information – however, it will not charge the client immediately, but upon the end of your free trial only if the client agrees to continue our service.
Clients must provide all the requested information and required documents by Cuilassist in order for us to activate our service for clients. This may include information about industry, company size and support required etc. In case if a client is unable to provide such information, Cuilassist will not be held responsible.
